Yardworx Outdoor Services is currently looking for AMAZING PEOPLE to join our team as full time Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders at our Rogers Location. We are hiring immediately for full-time Positions!

We have Year-Round employment for those interested in commercial snow removal during the winter season.

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Grounds Maintenance Team Leader is a critical leadership role to ensure the delivery of high-quality landscape services to our great clients. They build positive relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and unmatched quality.

The Grounds Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for onsite leadership of a crew consisting of 2-5 team members. They are the face of the company and the customers point of contact when onsite.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• responsible for onsite leadership of the grounds maintenance team
  
• demonstrate safe & proficient operation and maintenance of all equipment
  
• provide training and mentorship to team to ensure success
  
• plan, schedule, and supervise all assigned tasks
  
• ensure safety procedures are followed and safety standards are met buy entire team
  
• meet timelines and quality standards
  
• ensure accurate record keeping
  
• monitor and perform maintenance at proper intervals on teams equipment
• be able to communicate & address issues with clients onsite and bring them to the attention of the appropriate team

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ Years/Seasons of Grounds Maintenance
  
• Valid Driver's Licence with the ability to drive company vehicles
  
• Valid DOT Health Card (company will pay for)
  
• Positive Attitude
  
• Team Player

Preferred

• Commercial Pesticide Applicator licence (A&E)
